Shipping Policy

EditMax is an online service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and nothing is delivered by post or courier.

1. Delivery of Purchases

Credits are added to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed, and you can use them straight away from any device where you are signed in. There are no shipping charges.

2. Delivery of Your Files

Videos, audio, captions and scripts you create are delivered in your browser and can be downloaded from your account.

3. Delays

If a payment succeeds but credits do not appear within a few minutes, email contact@editmax.app with your account email and the order or transaction ID. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you are refunded under our Refund Policy.
